We spent two nights at Manjack Cay and it did not disappoint! The mangroves had more turtles we've seen at any place in the Bahamas. The large reefs off the eastern coast of the Cay were excellent. We'll definitely be coming back.

? Sunday Boat Tip [7/52] ? Our gas oven only has heating from below, and when first moving onboard cooking in it was a real struggle! The food got badly burnt on the underside and was often undercooked on the topside, resulting in really bad cooking ??? But since we got this advice during our first winter as liveaboards our cooking game has improved so much! So, now it's time for us to pass the knowledge forward.
