The Lahakai sailboat is a 34" custom built steel sailboat, made in 1997 in France and sailed all the way to the shores of Brazil. It was then brought to Niteroi where she sat completely neglected in a boat club for 10 years. And that's when we found her! There is so much more to come so remember to subscribe to Lahakai! ?? Deep into the rudder project and we need a long fairing board to sand the blade. There's no point buying one as we don't intend to use it that often (fingers ?) and they are quite heavy so what's the solution? Use some scraps of foam and staple the sanding paper to it. Works a treat, didn't cost us anything and it is uper light weight. Winning ?
