I discovered a very old orchard growing wild in the woods near the sailboat. So many varieties of fruits and berries. So, I snagged a pair of pears and turned them into a Whiskey Pear Sauce for the the pancakes! This will be the first cooking segment for the channel! Stay tuned for new episodes coming up shortly. I haven’t been able to afford a new laptop to edit videos on the boat. We are headed back to Alberta on Sunday so I’ll get some videos uploaded soon. Aboard Wanderlust… a 2018 Beneteau Oceanis 38.1.  With the true winds at 11 knots, Wanderlust was comfortable and fairly stable, doing 8 knots beating. I completely missed Vinny’s high five.
