In this #short video, I practice a new (for me) Solo Sailing Docking Technique. The dock line standing by is tied off to the winch. As I slowly motor my 32 foot sailboat into the slip, I loop the dock line around the dock cleat. Then wrap the line back around the winch and the forward momentum of the sailboat will pull you snuggly into the dock. EASY! Here is a simple, light Margarita variation that will delight you this Cinco de Mayo!??? Ingredients 1.5 oz of tequila 3 oz of pineapple juice 3/4 oz of lime juice Salt and pineapple flower for garnish Steps Moisten rim of martini glass with lime wedge, then dip in salt. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into glass. Cheers!!
