before we bought her, the engine was overheating due to a bad heat exchanger which they replaced and exhaust elbow. prior owner sold us the boat before the elbow parts came in. so I replaced them today.

the top block on the port side lazy jack had broken off sometime last year while she was on the hard. now that she's swimming again, tome to fix some bad rigging!
