(1 plain yoghurt - 3 tbsp granola 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup - 1 handful of fresh fruit raspberries, bananas, blueberries and a few almonds or walnuts, 1 tsp chia seeds), Or a fruit platter (watermelon, orange, bananas...)
