You guys were requesting more meal prep so hereโs a new recipe for you. All whole ingredients, high protein and tastes SO GOOD. If you donโt like canned salmon, feel free to add your own protein option :) Give this recipe a try and tag me so I can see your creation! Recipe: 1/2 c chopped parsley 1/2 c chickpeas 1/4 c red onion sliced 1/4 c red pepper diced 2 tbsp olives 1/8 c feta cheese 1/2 can tinned salmon Lemon, EVOO, salt and pepper to taste! Mix and enjoy my lovies! #recipe #cooking
