This is how we experience sailing in southern Spain! From the Puerto Deportivo de Marbella, we set sail on our sailing tour to enjoy breathtaking views of the Costa del Sol and the iconic La Concha mountain, heading towards Puerto Banús. Whether you want to join one of our group boat tours, rent a sailing boat, or book a private sailing charter, we have the perfect adventure for you. No prior sailing experience is needed! Our captain, Luna—a native speaker of English, Spanish, and French—will teach you the basics of sailing and ensure you have an amazing time on board. Here are a few situations where focusing on or changing your breathing may not help during a trauma response: - Panic Attacks* 😰: Breathing heavily can lead to hyperventilation, reducing carbon dioxide levels in your body.
