Welcome aboard Hull #4 of this legendary run of 40 when shipbuilding was a master craft matched with the art of ultimate sailing performance. The only K-38 planked in Port Orford cedar, "Panacea II" had a recent extensive refit with A.H. Kelly Yacht Refinishing where the hull was refastened, caulked and seamed and the original Sitka Spruce mast, boom and spinnaker pole was restored. Showing in immaculate condition despite her numerous Pacific Ocean crossings on the race course, the interior has newer upholstery and upgrades to make this a comfortable ocean home for cruising. Kept protected by the elements by a new custom cover, this classic sailing yacht comes with assumable moorage at our Sidney location. Recently Surveyed and currently insured by Navis, Panacea II is available to view by appointment only. Rain Storm Houseboat Life Living in a houseboat. Sometimes you're going to run across raining times and basically, you just gotta get out and have fun, no matter what you're gonna get a little bit wet. But you want to catch some fish. If it's real bad, you can go underneath the high rise bridges and hang out there for a while, but otherwise we're all waterproof. Worst case scenario I got lots of movies I mean. Dvds galore.
