This workout filled my cup in so many ways... I got to use free weights, workout on a solid gym floor (NOT sand or a random concrete pathway), surrounded by air conditioning, and doing my FAVORITE style of training - athletic, powerful, explosive. These last couple months have been pretty hard to stay on track. When you’re in the extreme heat, don’t have a proper training environment and the most minimal equipment - you start to get discouraged.
