Living free on the tennessee river There. Are places in America where you can park your boat free of charge for 14 days? You have to move one mile. Then you can stay for another fourteen days if you want to return to the original spot you're allowed to after seven days. I am documenting this way of life in America. On our waterways in tennessee kentucky alabama mississippi life on the water as a river rat... My dog river. My cat cricket pretty much are the stars of the show. I'm just along for the ride and a videotape plus I'm the narrator. Documenting years of living on boats, trying to find the freest cheapest way to live in a capitalist society, while still following all of the rules.
