We’ve got the rudder hung temporarily to fit the new rudder post, and modify the old foot/shoe/base for the rudder. The big shelter tent is taken down and we are told the prop shaft and propeller will ship via air cargo tomorrow or the next day. Just minutes into our journey, the first moored sailboat with people on it was a fellow Mark Twain Lake sailor I had met when we first started sailing Galactica. Fortunately, Matt recognized Galactica and called my name. He works at a boatyard on the Calumet and invited me to grab a dock space with electricity!!! It was perfect for us.
