The Sunreef Ultima 55 is the first model launched from Sunreef's new generation of hybrid high performance power catamarans 'ecospeeders'. It's an impressive power cat with sleek design and understated luxury, plus a max speed of approx 35 knots. Future models in the range include 44, 66, 77, 88 and the flagship 111. Launched at the Dubai International Boat Show in February, the Ultima 55 was one of the stars of the show at Salon Náutico in Barcelona last week. A new option is to black anodize or powder-coat the majority of the aluminum and stainless steel fittings located around the boat. The mast, boom, cross-beam, longeron and seagull striker can also be wrapped in a carbon fiber vinyl. These were both first done on Hull 10, "Umbono" (Vision in Zulu) which was launched October 20, 2022. It looks great and provides a very bold look. We have decided not to go this route, but it does look really nice, especially with a non-white hull color! Want more?
