Dine Around Downtown will return to 28 Liberty Plaza on Tuesday, May 23rd, 2017 from 11am to 3pm. The Downtown Alliance's popular community food festival, co-presented with Fosun, has become a downtown tradition that brings together some of the finest culinary establishments in Lower Manhattan.
