Understanding what your triggers are, is deeply important for emotional wellness. Here is a closer examination of the five most common triggers that impact us daily: 1. ?Sound: Many sounds, such as screams or specific music, can have a very emotional impact or bring back memories, bringing the past in through the body's consciousness. 2. ?Smell : Smell is strongly associated with memory. A familiar smell from a perfume or food can bring back an important memory, good or bad. 3. ?Place: Sometimes places can have psychological effects. Returning to the spot of a tragic event may bring back those feelings of fear or anxiety. 4. ?People: This sometimes leaves one with fear or anxiety, especially when related to previous adverse experiences. 5. ?Touch: It also evokes extremely strong reactions. Something that is safe to feel when embraced warmly may be painful if not invited. Knowing these triggers will help you overcome them much better. You can be empowered by knowing what makes you tick to heal more effectively.

Want to meet a Moray? Join us for a dive ?? https://cruisenautic.com/ ?? The Goldentailed Moray aka the Bastard Eel, is a surprise that just might pull divers in for a closer look. Smaller then his Green cousin, he grows up to two feet long. Though not typically aggressive, he's lightning fast with poor vision, often taking a liking to divers and like other Moray may even rub against divers as he swims by. Do not confuse this with friendship though, he's just passing off parasites present on his smooth skin.
