Hasta la proxima! We visit the same small villages year after year, and so have developed a really beautiful relationship with the people and animals of Baja. When people ask me why we help animals and not people, I say to them - we do help people. Animal and human health are intrinsically linked, when animals suffer we all suffer. There are many parasites, viruses and bacterial infections that can be transmitted between pets and the humans that love them.
