We sail on the good ship Saracen, a Beneteau Oceanis 473 from 2006. Out journey started in Scotland in early 2023 and our ultimate goal is to sail around the globe …..slowly. We make these videos mostly for family and friends and to create a record of our adventures for ourselves so that we can look back at them later in life, were not in it to make money (way to hard). In this video we can see the epic experience on of our crew had at Manta Point, a dive site just east of Komodo Island. The video begins with a pan of the azure blue waters of Manta Point, and fades into an underwater scenery. Here we have a shot of a Manta cleaning station and two manta's dancing together, just to the background. Don't worry we used a GoPro Hero3+ to film this video, with a red filter and a MACRO lens...! We pan to a shot of a Manta Ray flirting with us, effortlessly battling the current, until it approaches our diver in a crazy BUCKET LIST moment. This lovely modern-built schooner is Naema, which is based on the Alfred Mylne design Panda and was built in Turkey and launched in 2012. This footage shows her racing in Palma Bay in 2016
