- water (3 litres or about 1 gallon) - sugar (200 ml or 3/4 cup) - black tea (2 - 3 spoons) - clean - brew sweet tea - add previous kombucha (200 ml and scoby) - wait 7 - 14 days - add favourite fruit and put it into bottles - wait 48 hours - drink/enjoy!
