Making working out FUN, one session at a time ๐คช Stairs have been my favourite all summer long - theyโre the perfect combination of cardio, booty burning and plyometrics. I always feel sooo much stronger after each session, and so do my Summer Shred members ๐ฅ Hereโs the breakdown: ๐๐ผ Up/ Downs x 30 seconds into a full stair sprint (Iโm using a set of 40 stairs) | 4-5 sets ๐๐ผ Squat jumps x 10 reps into double leg jumps | 4-5 sets ๐๐ผ Banded tap backs x 60 secs | 3-4 sets Give this one a try and let me know how it goes โค๏ธโ๐ฅ 1:1 coaching coming SOON!
