It can be super simple to cook on a boat. Today for lunch we had Greek Salad Chop red peppers, onion, cucumber and tomatoes Add olive oil and oregano Add fresh feta cheese All portions are to your specific liking. I use half pepper, half cucumber, half onion and one full tomato for 2 servings I also have a premix of olive oil and oregano so I simply shake in the bottle and sprinkle the mixture on together. The anticipation of launching our tiny liveaboard that we just bought in September, but have never sailed yet, is just coming to a head! There have been multiple delays from the marina: first we were told that we could launch as soon as we were ready, which was May 4th weekend. Then we were told that it couldn't be launched until marina opening which was May 15th. They weren't ready because they are repairing many of the docks? Long story short (too late!) they attempted to launch us May 21st but couldn't fit the travel lift between the two boats neighbouring us? Finally, they promised Saturday May 25th 8am?
