The Lahakai sailboat is a 34" custom built steel sailboat, made in 1997 in France and sailed all the way to the shores of Brazil. It was then brought to Niteroi where she sat completely neglected in a boat club for 10 years. And that's when we found her! There is so much more to come so remember to subscribe to Lahakai! ?? We waited an extra day at Staniel Cay waiting on better wind to make our Way to Bell Island. We explored Bell Island earlier in the season with our son and love it. The Seaquarium is a must-do. It's best to do at Slack Tide...and we failed adhere to that advice...or rather we had thought that it was going to be slack but the current had turned around.
