The Regal Princess cancels another cruise, 11/10/24, due to a 2nd generator now having technical issues. This is the 3rd cancelation in a row since it has arrived in Galveston after it's 33 day trans-Atlantic cruise when some problems initially occurred. 10/27-11/3/24, 11/3-11/10/24 & now 11/10-11/17/24 all cancelled. We are hoping the Regal Princess will be sailing again very soon. 11/17 is still scheduled to sail although there has been some speculation otherwise. #travel #2024

Cucina del Capitano / on the Carnival Jubilee / My Review The fresh customized pasta bowls they prepare for lunch are made to order & absolutely delicious. We enjoyed these much more than the dinner options we choose. I choose the options I did because they came highly recommended in the many videos I have seen in regards to this restaurant. The staff & atmosphere were very nice. #travel #food #eating

The Family Lounge is just down the hallway & offers books, games (both video & board games) as well as a mini buffet for breakfast & afternoon/evening snacks, ice, tea, lattes, cappuccino, hot chocolate & doft serve ice cream. Taxi svc in Cozumel Mexico was easy from the cruise port. Pre-reserve your beach club of choice & just tell the driver where you are going. $35 for a party of 5 + a tip ($5), so $40 1 way & we did the same coming back after a nice day. We go back to the port with plenty of time to spare so you can do some shopping if wanted & then back onto the ship for a shower. We've been to Playa Mia beach resort a yr ago & this time to Paradise Beach resort. We liked them both. Playa Mia is a little dated but the food & drinks were good. Food was buffet style. Paradise Beach was really nice & good food & drinks. At Paradise, the waiters bring all your food &/or drinks to you. Both had really good waiters to keep the drinks coming. Tip the waiters at the end of your visit $20-$40 or more as you see fit. #travel #mexico #beach #2024
