He has given when he had nothing to give time and time again! He is really a great guy. He has a wife and triplet girls (20's now). He took a huge fall a couple weeks ago and has lost his memory. They do not know when it will come back. It has been weeks and still nothing. He lost 30 plus years. It has caused a lot of emotional pain for all involved. He has lost memories that are hard for everyone to wrap around including the loss of loved ones like his mother and the love and years of his family. The doctors want to do extensive testing that insurance might not cover and the wife, Shelly, needs a lot more help at home but again insurance wont cover it. May 28th 2020, eight days after Disney Springs re-opened we stopped by for D-Luxe Burger. After having trouble with the mobile ordering system we moved in to Chicken Guy and then stopped at Starbucks. The mobile ordering at D-Luxe Burger was easy. We had a PERFECT day at Coco Cay! We went on all the water slides and hung out by the Oasis Lagoon Pool. We had an amazing dinner at Jamie's Italian and I included a few clips from our last day at sea including the belly flop competition, the adult only Solarium, and the Bamboo Room. September 2019 we sailed on the Navigator of the seas in a Promenade interior cabin on deck 8, #8591. I also showed the room next to us cabin #8593 with the beds split. Stay until the end for bonus footage: people watching on a sea day.

Day 2 of our cruise on Navigator of the Seas in Nassau Bahamas, We spent the morning on the ship checking out the slides, pools, and flow rider. In the afternoon we walked to Junkanoo Beach and tried to find a Restaurant that is part of an area called The Fish Fry. I had seen a video from EECC Travels (linked below) and they went to a place called D Waters Cafe at Da Fish Fry and it looked so good. If we had kept walking a little further we would ahve found it. It's time to make coquito. I used my secret ingredient to make dark chocolate and pistachio coquito. Here is the recipe: blend together in a blender 4 eggs yolks, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon of ground cloves, ground nutmeg, allspice, and a pinch of salt pour in: 12 ounces of evaporated milk 13.5 ounces of coconut milk (I opened 1 coconut and got about 10 ounces of milk, I don't think it tasted any different and I recommend just getting a can of coconut milk) 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk 14 to 18 ounces of cream of coconut (I used a 22 ounce squeeze bottle and used most of the bottle) Blend everything together If you do not want to make the flavored versions you can add 2-3 cups of rum I used separated the mixture into 3 batches. The first batch I used about 3-4 cups of the mixture and added 1 cup of rum and 1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract. I used another 2 cups of the mixture and added half a pint of Talenti Sicilian Pistachio gelato with 1 cup of rum and 1/2 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract and blended together. You will have some small pistachio pieces. For the chocolate coquito I used about another 2 cups of the mixture and added half a pint of Talenti double dark chocolate gelato and a cup of rum and 1/2 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract and blended everything together
