I'm Lauren Landers, and I live on my sailboat with my first-mate cat, Mako. I've had a lifelong dream of sailing around the world, so I bought a 1993' Beneteau Oceanis 510. My first few years were spent gaining confidence in single-handling and fixing up my 30-year-old boat.. in prep for larger ocean crossings!
