You guys asked for a full body hit workout, so here it is! Don’t hate me after doing this one. 😈 I started with five soft sand runs along the beach. Mostly because I wanted to get a little bit of cardio in after sitting on a boat for so long. 👉🏼 If you don’t have a sandy beach, then I would suggest going for a 10 to 15 minutes fast run on a treadmill or any other sort of cardio before starting the workout. Once you’re done the runs, perform the circuit for the stated number of reps. Minimal rest between exercises, 1 to 2 minute rest between sets. 4 rounds. 🚀 I’ve got something exciting launching in the next few days and I can’t wait to share it with you!
