Our sail between the Strait of Messina and Spain was spent dodging weather while we sped towards a safe harbor from the incoming winds!

We managed to seek shelter from Storm Denise in a protected bay in Mallorca, one of the Spanish Balearic Islands. As it hit during the night we experienced pelting rain and winds that exceeded 50 kts, despite being surrounded by hills.
