SAILING ON A SCHEDULE? SwT139 - A RACE AGAINST THE CLOCK TO LEAVE PANAMA

Sailing and schedule is a very bad combination and our race against the clock before our visa expired was exhausting. We tried to fix and prepare as much as possible before our longest sail ever before we finally could check out of Panama. On a boat, it's always something and of course, we had some last-minute things before we could say we were ready. It's been an exhausting time ever since the end of last year with all the following problems after the lightning strike in the ocean. At one moment my pacific dream looked more distant than ever, but finally, we are ready to go. Setting sail into the longest sail ever on the biggest ocean, the Pacific Ocean,

ABOUT THIS CHANNEL:
Sailing around the world in a Bavaria 55 Cruiser, making videos whenever we have time for it. I used to sail singlehanded and occasionally have sailing friends onboard. But now the permanent crew aboard BE FREE is including Gee from Holland. We are now exploring the pacific ocean.

Even though this is season 5 on youtube I did not make that many videos in the beginning. Before full-time sailing, I sailed several seasons in the Medetorian prior to this, and obviously also in Scandinavia. I have been traveling the world before and have also been an active regatta sailor. I had my first sailboat at age 7 and have been sailing ever since. Also, more than 10 years of experience in Search and Rescue at sea in Norway.
