SAILING IN FIJI FULL OF CONTRASTS - SwT 167

I'm so thankful for being able to visit amazing places like this and Fiji is definitely high up on my list so far in the entire Pacific. In fact, I'm questioning myself if I spent too much time in Polynesia. The friendliest people so far, and such serene and beautiful nature. And absolutely cruiser-friendly. I believe the local guy is right, and I could feel his worries for the future. I know the neighboring island also belonging to Fiji where most tourist goes is relatively destroyed by mass tourism.

Even though this is season 6 on YouTube I did not make that many videos in the beginning. Before full-time sailing, I sailed several seasons in the Mediterranean before, and obviously also in Scandinavia. I have been traveling the world before and have also been an active regatta sailor. I had my first sailboat at age 7 and have been sailing ever since. Also, more than 10 years of experience in Search and Rescue at sea in Norway.
