In this episode we aren't waisting any time...we're selling it all to prepare to be a full-time sailing family. If we are going to buy a sailing #catamaran and live on a #sailboat we have to offload even more stuff than we did when we became a full time RV family. All of that is much easier said that done! Grab your morning, afternoon, or evening beverage and get comfy with us for an episode with literally ALL the feels! We have our worst emergency since becoming a #fulltimerv family. With 4 kids it was probably inevitable! Luckily we were able to balance out a crappy week with a great surprise for the kids (and Brandon) and our 15-year old Jadyn finally coming back to us. We are constantly learning while full time #RVing and in this case we learned what we probably should do when we get to a new campsite/location. We also threw in our favorite oatmeal recipe with one ingredient error (4 cups of liquid instead of 2)...see below for the the full recipe!

We are 5 subscribers away from hitting 1,000! Absolutely crazy after only 5.5 months. We are so thankful for all of you who have faithfully been with us every step of the way. For the encouraging comments, the texts, the DMs, the likes...thank you for all of it. Knowing that you're "here" makes the time spent on every video absolutely worth it because it feels like you're traveling with us. Nothing but love friends!

This was one of the toughest videos I've ever had to edit. Saying goodbye to our 18 year old daughter @jadynmorse as we sent her away from our sailboat to another one...on her greatest adventure yet. She'll be joining @SailingZatara for the next few months on their Privilege sailing catamaran as they work their way across the Atlantic Ocean. We dropped the anchor at a gorgeous abandoned island in Puerto Rico called Caja De Muertos. Abandoned islands have such a weird eerie vibe to them. But it didn't stop us from exploring and enjoying this incredible island!

When we hit the road full time with our RV in October 2020, we honestly didn't know if New York City would be an option. At that point, it wasn't. Covid, politics, crime...it all had us a bit nervous about whether or not we should go there. Thankfully, a friend that Brandon went to high school with reached out and didn't give us much of an option. She said, "come park your RV RIGHT in front of our house and we'll show you that NYC is safe and open for business!" We're so glad we did. Whew! Highs, lows, goodbyes, & hellos. After putting the girls on an airplane heading back to Idaho to visit friends and family, the boys go #paddleboarding on our #funwater #paddleboards. We ventured out of Sunshine Key RV Resort and took a 50 minute drive to the southern most point of the Continental US, Key West. Key West is such a neat city that definitely has soul...a vibe worth experiencing. After doing some tourist-type things, we made our way to a marina where you can feed HUGE Tarpon. We put a cherry on top of our time in Florida (and my sailing school week) with a day charter sailing experience for the whole family! Then it was time get back on the road and continue our full time RV adventure around the country. Next stop...Georgia to visit some incredible friends who truly showed us what southern hospitality is all about. They showed us how the southern folk do things. It was a vacation from a vacation...kinda. We're so thankful for the people we get to spend time with along the way.
