This Makes Me Horny Ep157
Anchored, auto pilot, fuel gauge, horn, raymarine Ordered a new fuel gauge, as both of ours stopped working and anchored while waiting for its delivery. This gave us some time to tweak a few things on Isabella. Steve solved the mystery of the auto pilot not working. It was a network issue and once the old Actisense converter was disconnected, the auto pilot recognized all other instruments and is now fully functional. We added a single 118 dB horn. Installed the new fuel gauge below which also sends a signal to the fuel gauge in the cockpit. They both work now. We were running low on provisions (mainly coffee and wine) so launched the dingy to go into town. The outboard motor stopped working and Steve had to row us back to the boat. The inner lining of the fuel hose had collapsed which prevented fuel flowing to the outboard. That?s been replaced and provisions restocked. Luckily there wasn?t too much water in the fuel filter. Steve filtered out the water and added some fuel additive. Waiting for the holiday to be over and a weather window to continue our cruise. Wishing you all a very happy and safe holiday season!
