Ahoy! It's warming up and the captain (in his speedo) cooks freshly caught catfish from Lewisville Lake, TX right in the galley of our 1983 Catalina C30 Tall Rig sailboat. The sailing season has begun and we are preparing to sail to the party coves and more! First we have to take a break from cleaning and boat maintenance to make some good Catfish Rolled in Bacon using the new air fryer on the boat that we installed this year.
