EP 211: Rum comes from here? | How Caribbean Rum is Made After situating ourselves on anchor in Hartman Bay, we headed off to Grande Anse beach for a swim. It was so good to be back in warm Caribbean waters. We headed off to Young Cruisers Association meet up and got to meet alot of younger cruisers like us. We headed off on a scooter trip with Joel, Dave & Lance where we ended up exploring a few rum factories and learnt how rum was made. What an interesting fact.. that rum actually originated in the West Indies with it being first recorded in Barbados. We also found a pretty solid mooring ball for Lady Africa while we fly off..
