Must TRY! Mango cocktail from BEQUIA

Hey guys! We got married on NYE! For our honeymoon we've taken Coco Bongo on an adventure through St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Our goal: 12 islands in 3 weeks! Lets see if we can do it. Of course we are always on the lookout for an inspiring mix and we think we've found a pretty good one. The Mango Black Pepper Gin and Tonic, created by the owners of Bar One, the floating bar on the island of Bequia. Bequia is a very unique place and absolutely worth visiting. Bequia means "island of the clouds" in the ancient Arawak. We try to keep things simple around here. We liked this one because the few ingredients required are pretty easy to come by. IF you can manage- use real, fresh mango's instead of pasturized juice. It makes a huge difference. You could even freeze and blend- just be sure to stir well before topping off with your tonic.
