I drilled a hole in my boat

I had bought a new speed&depth instrument, and drilled some new holes for the cables. It was afternoon, I was tired, I drilled and I drilled, and all of a sudden I had drilled all the way through the hull, and got a fountain on the floor. Luckily for me, I have a very skilled and helpful son, who - that very evening! - was on the way to his boat, which is at the same pontoon as mine.
