Very easy to can some fresh sea fish for later eating! You know exactly what you put in your jar and it taste so much better than fish cans. Easy process but make sure you follow well full instructions in canning books or 'how to' websites as you do not want food poisoning for improperly prepared fish cans! Filmed in Thailand in 2018.
