Over the last months, we and our team frequently found ourselves discussing what we missed most about sailing. It soon became apparent that we were suffering from a general sensory nostalgia. We yearned for the sound of the sea breeze, the feeling of wind as it pulls the sail, the sense of utter freedom once the boat picks up speed. We craved all of that and more.
