Day 3 Grand Traverse Bay: RAIN SAILING and other firsts!!

We went to sailing school in February so that we could do this. We rented a sailboat and we're sailing in the Grand Traverse Bay. Day 3 daily recap: We had many more firsts!! Had a good night in Northport Harbor Marina. Cleaned up in the marina facilities* and it was very nice. Had coffee and breakfast on the boat. We got "pumped out and gassed up"* in the marina then sailed out of the cove for awhile into the rain.* After an hour or so, we decided to motor the rest of the way to Omena Bay where we hooked up to a mooring ball.* The adventure keeps going!!
