Boatspeed at night went up to Fiji part 2 - Ep. 245
It was a difficult passage from Fiji to New Zealand. The first three days I was very seasick. At first it felt like sailing in a washing machine. The waves came from all sides. It was beam reach all the way. I had two 40 ft boats as wingmen. During the day they came closer to me. During the night they furled their jib in and I kept on sailing with the same setup. Around 4 pm the wind picked up to 20-24 knots and all night I sailed around 6 - 7 knots of speed. If you like my videos, please subscribe to my YouTube channel.
