The next film from the series THE ULTIMATE PERFOMANCE CRUISING CATAMARAN. This time onboard of the ultra modern Outremer 4X. It's nearly the same catamaran you know from SV La Vagabonde: the hulls are the same shape, but the boat is much lighter and therefore much faster. A lot of weight saving carbon fiber, rotating carbon mast, daggerboards and numerous special gear. This performance catamaran is 48 ft long, weights only 8 tons empty. We meet with Eric and Martine in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia and talk with them about their Outremer 4X and show a lot of sailing video. This is the fifth film of the series THE ULTIMATE PERFOMANCE CRUISING CATAMARAN, where we interviewed long term cruisers/liveaboard owners and made catamaran boat tours.
