We'd organized a tour with a local dive company (it's illegal to swim with them on your own) and got incredibly lucky as we found a mother, her calf and an accompanying male. We probably spent an hour and a half in the water with them and the calf put on quite a show for us! After our whale swim, we spent another week enjoying Tonga with several boats who all had crews all under the age of 40. Keep an eye out, you may see a few familiar faces! ;) We had a great time with the group I jokingly referring to as the "Kid's Table Club" but eventually the wind filled in enough that it was time for us to leave Tonga. La Gomera, in the Canaries was the 4th port visited by the fleet. See group 1 arrive into Marina La Gomera and have a glimpse of a local fair. Filmed in October 2016.

If you buy the 2005 version of the Bavaria 32 you will get light wood and white kitchen tables, the older 2002 to 2004 versions has dark wood and blue kitchen tables. The Bavaria 32 has 185 cm. standing headroom and I'm 183 cm. high (6") The boat is equipt with teak deck wich is expensive when ordering the boat from new but seen as a problem when the boat must be sold again. Therfore it is typical harder to sell a boat with teak deck than one without.

Maiden voyage of our RL28 Neringa sailing from Melbourne to Portarlington across Port Phillip Bay. The conditions were very gentle for most of the trip until 90 minutes from Melbourne on the return trip the wind increased to 32 knots. With sails reefed I was very happy with how Neringa handled the conditions with the ride relatively stable and comfortable, heel of around 15 degrees and the cockpit remaining relatively dry. Had the tall ship Tenacious follow us back from Geelong catching up as we turned into Hobsons Bay. Met a local seal sleeping on one of the shipping channels.
