This week we continue to battle the Welsh weather and wind and short hours of daylight as we tackle more of the rust. We're trying our a variety of rust treatments and converters to see what works best and over time we'll be able to give our our opinion. Sandblasting is on the way as soon as the weather improves and Ultrasioud testing is also coming soon. Our sails are ready to be used again after a summer of no sailing. We hoist the sails and cross the Sea of Cortez for our first big sail of the season. Early morning wake up call, we set sail from San Carlos, Mexico to Santa Rosalia directly across the Sea of Cortez on the Baja side. The winds are a perfect, on the beam and screaming the whole way across. It was ideal to get ourselves back into the groove of sailing again. Thanks for watching the Adventures of WE! We spend our time in Erromango free diving the beautiful structures around the bay. The Maritime Police pay us a visit and make sure we entered Vanuatu through the correct avenues. Then we leave Erromango to head to Port Vila on Efate. We decide that an overnight sail is required so we arrive in daylight hours and we see this as an opportunity to let Bella and Finn help with their first ever night shift. 1 cup (250 ml) warm water (slightly above room temp - 40c/100f) 1 teaspoon (5 ml) instant yeast 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sugar 2 cups (300 g) all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt In a bowl, combine the water, yeast and sugar. Let stand until the mixture foams on top, about 5 minutes. Use dough hook. Combine flour and salt. Increase the speed to medium and add the yeast mixture until a soft ball forms. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead for a few minutes on a floured surface to prevent sticking. Place in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a clean damp cloth. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes in a warm and draft-free area. Cut the dough in half. Use the pizza dough immediately or refrigerate it (less than 48 hours), otherwise place it in an airtight bag and freeze. Bake at 400f for 15-20 minutes, adjust to your oven as necessary This dough can also be used for Naan Bread with curries or Garlic Pull-Apart Loaf (I'll be making videos for those and my pizza sauce soon!) Some notes: You can beat Ming's army early with your smaller cavalry-heavy armies if you take small fights and stackwipe I was razing provinces as much as possible (you can only do this after conquering them, the button's in the top right of the province screen), as razing is basically your only real income early on, until you can take Beijing trade node. Occupying Ming's provinces increases devastation with makes them lose mandate and weakens their armies To get Qing of China achievement, you need to own all provinces in China subcontinent and be Emperor To get 100 banners, increase development of Manchu-culture provinces or convert other provinces to Manchu culture. There is also an age bonus that gives 25% more Manchu banners Completing The Three Feudatories mission will instantly make breakaway Chinese minor nations your marches, so that's really good. Harmonize religions by taking provinces of those religions. It will take at most 33 years to harmonize, which can be reduced by events which will fire if you have states with that religion. You will continue harmonizing at usual rate if you are at 0 harmony, and will only incur minor penalties for having 0 harmony. To get the achievement for embracing as institutions as as steppe horde, you only need to embrace up to Enlightenment, you DO NOT need to get the last institution of Industrialization.
