Il y a des jours "avec" et des jours "sans". Dans cet épisode ce sera 2 jours "sans" pour mon pote Tonio. Une accumulation des galères: chaine qui saute a répétition, manivelle de pédale qui se déboite, roulettes de dérailleur qui se font la malle etc... Pour info: Tonio est loin d'être un débutant , il a cumulé près de 20 ans de vtt avant de devenir un trailer confirmé. L'autre fois, à Lacanau, on a rencontré Pierre (#pilierBPG), un golfeur qui joue tranquille et hyper efficace avec un swing style "chat qui s'amuse". Après une nuit sans trop dormir, on quitte Cat Island en direction de Georgetown et l’océan nous gâte avec 1 Mahi Mahi et notre 1er thon. On attrape ensuite la plus grosse langouste de notre vie à l’hawaïenne sling juste avant de découvrir le célèbre Chat N Chill de Georgetown. Toute bonne chose à une fin et on doit continuer notre route vers Long Island où ont réussi à voir le Dean Blue Hole, mais avec des policières à nos côtés... [ RECETTE PAINS PITA MAISON ] Préparation 35 min Cuisson 25 min Levée 1h15 Portion 8 Ingrédients: - 1 3/4 tasse de farine tout usage non blanchie - 1 c. à thé de sucre - 1 c. à thé de levure instantanée - 1 c. à thé de sel - ¾ tasse d’eau tiède - 1 c. à soupe d’huile d’olive Préparation : 1. mélanger la farine, le sucre, la levure et le sel. Ajouter l’eau et l’huile. Mélanger jusqu’à l’obtention d’une boule molle. Pétrir la pâte 5 minutes sur un plan de travail fariné jusqu’à ce qu’elle devienne lisse. 2. Former une boule avec la pâte et la déposer en la retournant dans un bol propre et légèrement huilé. Couvrir le bol d’un linge ou d’une pellicule plastique et laisser reposer dans un endroit tiède 1h. 3. Dans un bol, étirer la pâte et la replier une fois sur elle-même. Couper la pâte en 8 parts égales. Façonner chaque part en boule. Déposer les boules de pâte sur une plaque à cuisson légèrement huilée en les espaçant. Couvrir à nouveau et laisser reposer 15 minutes. 4. À l’aide d’un rouleau à pâtisserie, abaisser chaque boule de pâte pour former un disque d’environ 6 pouces de diamètre. 5. Chauffer une poêle antiadhésive, légèrement huilée, à feu moyen. Cuire un disque à la fois dans la poêle chaude 2 minutes. Retourner et poursuivre la cuisson 1 minute ou jusqu’à ce que le pain gonflé et colore légèrement. 6. Wir haben uns bewusst dazu entschieden, keinen „normalen“ Jahresrückblick zu machen, da eine Abgrenzung nicht leicht ist. Auf YouTube sind im letzten Jahr auch Sachen aus 2019 veröffentlicht worden und Erlebnisse aus 2020 sind bisher noch nicht veröffentlicht worden. Daher gibt es heute ein 1 Jahr YouTube Video. Am 20.01.2020 wurde hier unser erstes Video veröffentlich. Wir haben unseren Besuch auf der Boot 2020 filmisch festgehalten und damit den ersten Schritt gewagt. Und wir waren überwältigt, wie viele Leute an den ersten Tagen dieses Video gesehen haben und hatten daher tierisch Bock weiter zu machen. Seither gibt es jeden Sonntag um 9 Uhr ein neues Video. Das war aber nicht der Anfang. Der Gedanke euch auf unsere Abenteuer mitzunehmen nahm bereits Gestalt an als wir beschlossen segeln zu lernen. Daher haben wir auch schon die Kamera dabei gehabt, als wir unseren SBF See und Binnen und die Funkscheine gemacht haben. Sowie auf den ersten Törns ohne eigenes Schiff als Mitsegler. Als wir mit Ralf und seiner Akinom im Frühjahr 2018 nach Avernakø gesegelt sind, seht ihr hier. Ebenfalls mit Ralf ging es für Danny im Sommer 2018 auf einen dreiwöchigen Segeltörn. Es gibt von unseren Anfängen noch einiges an ungenutztem Material, das auf Veröffentlichung wartet. Die Anfänge auf YouTube waren etwas holprig, ohne einen roten Faden. Wir haben neben dem Besuch auf der Boot unsere erste Überführung von Wedel nach Emden veröffentlich. Immer mal wieder zwischendurch Videos über die aktuelle Corona Situation und Bastelvideos aus dem Winterlager. Außerdem ist Teil 1 eines dreiwöchigen Hand gegen Koje Törn von Danny im Sommer 2018 veröffentlich worden. Das war leider recht unübersichtlich und in der zweiten Jahreshälfte haben wir versucht etwas mehr Ordnung zu schaffen. Gerade am Anfang wussten wir noch nicht in welche Richtung das alles gehen soll. Wir haben daher kurzfristig noch das Segelrevier gewechselt und haben mit einem Monat Verspätung im Mai 2020 Mystra von Emden nach Heiligenhafen verlegt. Seit dem erkunden wir die Ostsee, angefangen mit einem Segeltörn Rund Fünen im Juni 2020 und einer dreiwöchigen Reise bis in die schwedischen Westschären. Hier sind wir gerade mittendrin und nächste Woche kommt ein aufregender Schlag bei viel Welle von Varberg bis in die Schären nach Donsö. Wie schon das ein oder andere Mal zuvor sind wir auf dieser Reise nicht alleine. No están rodadas para ser publicadas, se nota, pero son un delicioso recuerdo para nosotros y un testimonio de que, con tesón, se alcanzan meta que parecían demasiado lejanas.

#59 Ça faisait un moment qu'on vous avait publié un vidéo! Mais enfin, après plus de 200 heures de travail sur cette réparation assez éprouvante, nous voilà avec un aileron de safran incroyablement robuste! On vous explique alors dans cette épisode comment nous avons dû creuser un trancher dans la coque de notre bateau pour insérer un planche laminée de fibre de verre et la renforcir par de toutes nouvelles varangues! Des heures de réflexion, de design, de découpage, d'application de 70 couches de fibre de verre et d'erreurs aussi, qui ont fait ralentir le processus. Mais quel bon feeling de savoir que c'est enfin fini! La mise à l'eau s'envient les amis, ça sent la MER! 😍 Encore une fois, un GROS merci à ROMAIN BARRIER qui nous a guidé et donné cette excellente idée d'incruster un planche de fibre de verre à l'intérieur de notre skeg.
