Left the craziness of Khao San Central, and found a much nicer area of Bangkok to stay in - Wat Tha Phra. A neighborhood with tiny river canals, narrow alleys and almost no tourists. So could do what we love the most - walk for miles without much of a destination, catching a glimpse of the daily lives of local people.

I am preparing a new video series to help people explore remote Japan. I recently revisited the map and was reminded that I have one more prefecture to go to to have visited all 47 prefectures. Most of those I have visited by bicycle ( 36) but also 19 by sailboat. Japan is great for adventure travel and there is so much to see.
