The Lion's Tail features an unusual ingredient, Pimento Dram, aka Allspice Dram. It's spicy and festive, perfect for the holidays! Ingredients 2 ounces Bourbon ¾ ounce lime juice ½ ounce Pimento Dram (sometimes called "allspice dram") ¼ ounce simple syrup Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. A great day of sailing needs to be capped with a great dinner. Some vegetables from the garden, some prime ribeyes, and a nice bottle of red wine surely creates one of those "Moments in Time". We are anchored in Battle Creek, across from Long Cove, the home port of our 18-foot Trimaran going back to the 1970s. This is where it all began.
