DIY Rowing Machine with positive and negative resistance. The rowing machine slide & seat is from BODYCRAFT: https://www.bodycraft.com/product/prow/ The blocks/pulleys for pulling cord are from Harken. The rest of hardware and steel springs are from The Home Depot. I have about $400 into this setup. Great cardio/strength exercise. In this video I show normal row, high row, low curl, high curl and single arm row. I do each motion 20 times before changing to the next position. I usually row 20 to 30 minutes after doing a 30 minute bike ride to warm up.
