And the registration fees for boats are based on the size of the boat, not the price. That means you can buy a house boat and never pay taxes on it Again. Cruising on the tennessee river has no cost and has been completely legal since Before america became a country. That allows me to live on this river without paying any money for rent. Or mortgage.
